I am "OVER" chain restaurants and Chili's is one of the reasons why. They sucked me back in with a "cheep" burger. But better burgers are everywhere. If You are the kind of person who values "safety" over risk, Chili's is for you. Overpriced "average" food. If you are willing to risk maybe getting a poor meal but likely getting a better one, find the whole in the wall with a packed parking lot!!

We had a great server. I had a combination steak, shrimp, asparagus, tomatoes , with mashed potatoes and bacon bits. It was very flavorful . My husband had the half ribs with fries. The ribs were tender and flavorful, the fries were just meh. The restaurant floor needed vacuuming.
The service was horible, we sat near the kitchen so i looked in and saw our waitress just standin around talkin. Management was obviously gone since we kept seein the staff use their cell phones. So heres a tip next time u have a taste for chilli's go to applebees's instead.
I'm so disgusted with the food and the staff ribs where so dry I could have sold it a beef jersey both time around manager was worthless to boot thanks for ruining my sons birthday dinner he even walked out on his birthday dessert. Witch I'm so disgusted with the food and the manager. Never again going to give chilis the opportunity to have me or my family eat their again posting this on all chilis blogs and social media with video of food and service
