My daughter and I visited sprint store on Miller Parkway today and the service was awesome! Especially our sales rep, Cam. He gave us the BEST deal that would fit our budget on a newer model phone. He was very patient, we had issues with payment processing and he waited patiently and even took his break later in order to make sure we got the credit card payment processed and left happy customers! The store was clean and all of the other staff was great as well. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends, family and social media sites!!

Demetrius Davis was an amazing help to us. He spent three hours helping us get some very complicated issues settled for my phone. I was completely unable to navigate Sprint when I called, but he patiently called one and then another sprint person until the issue was resolved. He helped set up my new phone and even enabled us to get a fourth line. He is a star employee and the reason we have stayed with sprint for so many years is people like him.
The store manager Darryl helped me tremendously with switching cell phome providers. I was able to get the phone I wanted and at a much cheaper rate than my last provider.
Went to this Sprint location based on the positive comments I had seen posted about this store. I wasn't disappointed. People there are very nice and I was helped by Nigel who was extremely pleasant and well informed. Had to get a new phone plus take care of purchasing 2 of the current phones on our account. Everything went smoothly and this was a pleasant surprise because of previous experiences I've had at other locations and also with the customer service people you get on the phone when you call in. Would highly recommend this location if you're a Sprint customer that needs to take care of anything.
