I always call and they answer quickly plus they are very friendly an if you know nothing about gaming they will help you out the most I always go to buy stuff for my kids and they are extremely helpful
Don't bother calling. Apparently they aren't paid to answer the phone at this location. Drive the extra mile or so to any other gamestop or better yet, any other electronics store.
Very easy transactions for bringing in used and purchasing something new or new to you.
