Stopped in here for the first time for a piece of lumber and for some mirror mounting clips. The gal in the bathroom section was very helpful. However the checkout gal absolutely not friendly not helpful and looked like she didn't want to be there. It's a great store but my last impression was not as good as it could have been.
in menards of the 43 are racists with Hispanics. He explained why I was waiting for someone to help me with a Christmas tree and look for someone to help me. They made me wait for 1 hour and they told me they did not have the Christmas tree I was looking for, I told them to sell me the sample and they told me that you could not get an American couple and two people came to help you raise a small tree of the sample and because you are Hispanic you can not, or how can we call that?and Ryan front Mng he only said "sorry " I can't do nothing.. are more people Hispanic buy there and still behave so we always buy great shopping there rather than 200 if not thousands why we arrange houses, menards I wish you can have more people than as racist or that are more customer service... now need to go Home Depot
Always have what i need on the shelf and most the time people working at menards are nice people. Well mannered.

I have only had a few experiences at this store that would cause me to rate it low. Otherwise, overall, the staff is very helpful and the lines are not to long or overcrowded.
Matt you are the best! I just have to say Menards is lucky to have this guy as their assistant manager. He truly goes above and beyond for the customer. He made my paint selecting decision so much fun and found creative ways to achieve 100 percent satisfaction. I'm coming back tommorow for my bedroom color and told him that the service he provided was so awesome that I will only work with him. I'm marveling in sheer elation at the color he helped me choose for my kitchen. He is spectacular and I'm a very happy customer!
