Be careful when there is a lot of people in line; you may not get what you paid for. There are 3 lines to pay for your service that converge into one line to access the wash; because of this, you may get what the other customer paid for. That's what happened to me. How do I know? Because the next day we came back on my wife's car and I noticed that we got more products during the wash than the day before. I told management but they said that because it happened the day before, they couldn't do anything. Nice free vacuums though.
Staff is friendly and ALWAYS smile and wave hello. I like the fact there are no tracks with rails to line your wheels up with. Just those nice convayer belts. Only improvement I would like to see is bright colored gloves on the person directing you in. Very hard to see them with black gloves against black jacket. Maybe orange or yellow safety gloves would do the trick.
Attendant helpful with selecting a wash package. The wash itself is thorough and fast with a dryer that actually dries your car. The tire shire is a nice touch.
Excellent set up and priced reasonably ($5 for a basic wash). Works like going through a drive thru. Select what you want from a screen (careful, they push more expensive washes) then just drive into the wash. All of the vacuums are free to use with any wash. There are a variety of washes from the basic to under carriage, wheel polishing, etc. Fast, easy to use and does what it claims at a reasonable price. How can you go wrong?
Great customer service. I really like the way the vacuums are set up and they have great suction power.
